The D.O. Cava, demanding in quality and tradition, comes hand in hand with Cava Brut of Ferré i Catasús, a significant pride of the winery that within its delicate fizzness hides the perfect combination of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The first, which is very sensitive to botrytis, gives a touch that reminds us of green fruit and balance with a very delicate aroma. It is a honeyed and elegant cava that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Its golden colour can be elegantly served with all types of appetizers, as well as rice, fish and meat.
